If you comply with our program policies and requirements, you’ll be able to start working with Click-Share Immediately. Please allow 24 hours for your application to be reviewed and processed. Once this is done, you’ll start receiving content relevant ads to your web pages.

Any method used to artificially and/or fraudulently generate clicks or page impressions is strictly prohibited. Click-Share uses several monitoring technologies to prevent abuse of the Click-Share program. Clicks deemed by us as artificial\fraudulent will not be included in your earnings.
Prohibited methods include but are not limited to:
1. Repeated manual clicks, robots, automated clicking tools, spiders, or other deceptive software.
2. Clicking on your own ads for any reason.
3. Clicks performed due to incentives of any kind for users to click on ads. This includes encouraging users to click on the ads or to visit the advertisers' sites as well as labeling the ads with misleading text.

You can participate in the Click-Share program for as long as you like, and you can quit at any time by simply removing the Adpoint\Exitpoint ad code from your web pages.
Currently, non-active accounts will remain open indefinitely. If you wish to completely remove your account, please send e-mail to team@click-share.com. You'll receive your final payment from us approximately 30 days after the end of the calendar month, or at the end of the year if your earnings balance is less than $100. Please note, however, that Click-Share will not make payments for any earned balance less than $1.00.

Our ability to serve ads on your site depends on several factors, such as our ability to remotely analyze and categorize your site, the content in each of your web pages, and the availability of related ads. We cannot guarantee that we'll always be able to categorize each of your web pages or that we’ll have relevant ads to display. If we cannot categorize your site, we’ll still serve ads related to your default category, however, if we do not have relevant ads (which is highly unlikely), we won’t be able to serve any relevant ads.

Yes. The same code will work to serve ads for any of your pages. This is only recommended, however, if all of these pages share the same default category and the same look and feel. Generating a new JavaScript ad code is very intuitive and extremely fast – Just choose your required parameters – And it is ready instantly. Just copy-and-paste – And you’re ready to go!

Definitely, and we encourage it. You account includes your payment information – So as long as the same company/Person behind the relevant sites is the payee, you should use the same account for all of your sites. The JavaScript HTML code we provide may change due to changes you make to match the look and feel of your site, but as long as it is generated under the same account, the payment will go to the same payee. The code will work for any page in any site on which you want to display Click-Share ads. However, you may only place the Click-Share ad code on sites that comply with our program policies and that you own or are legally authorized to act on behalf of for the purposes of Adpoint/Exitpoint. We monitor all of Click-Share’s publisher sites to ensure that all pages displaying Click-Share ads comply with our program policies.

How can I filter ads by my competitors?

Currently, The Click-Share service enables you to filter ads from a specific category group – So you can filter out ads from advertisers from your same line of business. For example – change to your about Real Estate, you may want to block out other real estate advertisements, but you probably wouldn’t want to block out sites about mortgage. You can choose the appropriate filtering when you generate your ad JavaScript code. You can also use a sensitive content filter to filter out sexually or adult oriented ads such as sex, gambling, alcohol, etc.

In the near future Click-Share will ad an option to filter out specific urls – So that you could block out specific competitors instead of/in addition to blocking a category.

Please note - filtering categories/sites may decrease the variety of ads that can appear on your pages as well as decrease your potential earnings.

Once your application is approved and your email address is verified, you’ll be able to login to your account with your login information (email address and password) that you submitted with your application and customize your ads. As soon as you’re done, you'll be able to copy-and-paste the Adpoint/Exitpoint JavaScript ad code into your web pages and begin serving ads.
Until your site is analyzed and categorized by our system it will display ads matching your default category. As soon as the JavaScript first loaded, the page is sent to be analyzed and should start serving content matching ads. Every time the page changes, it will be re-sent to be analyzed and categorized to keep the ads matching the content.

Payments will be made in U.S. Dollars via check and sent in the mail approximately 30 days after the end of each calendar month that Click-Share ads are running on your site. Exclusive to Click-Share: payments larger than $750 can be performed via wire transfer – so you won’t have to worry about your payment being received.

Please note that if your account violates our Terms and Conditions, we may withhold payment at any time (from the moment we suspect a violation has been made), charge back payments made, and/or refund advertisers for clicks received.

Unlike other advertising programs – we offer full transparency to our revenue sharing model:
Ads displayed by the Click-Share network are cost-per-click (CPC) ads. This means that advertisers pay only when users click on ads. You'll receive 50% of the amount paid for clicks on Click-Share ads on your website. Your account will be credited in accordance with the Click-Share Terms and Conditions.
You can view your balance at any time by logging in to your Click-Share account at http://www.click-share.com and clicking the Statistics tab. You'll be able to see the total number of impressions, ad clicks, click through rate, and total earnings and you can sort these reports by day, domain, requested page, ad layout, country and product (i.e. Adpoint/Exitpoint). We provide these thorough reports so that you can get a good idea of how well the program is performing for you and how much you can expect to earn over time in the program. They will also help you improve the performance of your site.

Please note that these reports and the information contained in them are confidential. However, we do understand that you may have a need to report yearly or quarterly total earnings from Click-Share for tax purposes.

Click-Sharemakes it our highest priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information you provide. We protect the entire registration process using SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect your tax I.D. and other personal information, and the information is stored on a secure server.

We use your personal information for the purpose of communication with you, providing payments and running your account. Please note that we may disclose personally identifiable information about you to third parties for the purpose of approving and your account as described in the Terms and Conditions.

Do you collect information about my site?

We securely collect and store the information you provide us when opening your Click-Share account. We also crawl and analyze the pages using the Click-Share service periodically to serve the most relevant content ads.

To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a signed written communication that includes the following:

1. Sufficient detail of the allegedly infringed copyrighted work.
2. Sufficient detail of the allegedly infringing material listed above.
3. Sufficient contact information for the complainant, e.g. address, telephone number, electronic mail address.
4. Sufficient contact information, if possible, of the owner/administrator of the allegedly infringing material.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
6. A statement that under penalty of perjury, the information contained in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
7. A physical or electronic signature.

Please note that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights. You may notify Click-Share if your work has been copied in a way that you believe constitutes copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are a publisher - if we receive notice or have reason to believe that your site is infringing, we may terminate your account.

All the material published within the Click-Share websites is copyrighted. If you don’t know whether you are performing copyright infringement, consult with a lawyer.
